I am a certified Life Coach based in London, Hammersmith (Shepherds Bush). Throughout a series of coaching conversations, together we will start the journey to help you grow in self-esteem, build confidence, trust and believe in yourself. You will take the right steps to achieve your personal and career goals.
My coaching is bespoke, tailored to fit the individual needs of my client.
In this process, by blending traditional Coaching models with Mindfulness, NLP and CBT techniques, I provide guidance, support and feedback to help you generate fast and lasting transformation.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching, one of the leading professional bodies dedicated to promoting best practice and raising the awareness and standards of coaching worldwide.
I am also a Mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation - Mentoring Women in Business Programme.
